"Good repair service, just took a bit longer than planned"
I had my mobility scooter serviced and a small repair done by Active Mobility. I’m usually a bit cautious about leaving something I rely on every day, but the staff were friendly and took the time to explain what needed doing in a straightforward way. It did take a little longer than I expected, which was slightly inconvenient, but the scooter is running much better now and feels safe to use. The price seemed fair enough too. I’d use them again if I needed anything sorted.

"I had to return a mobility aid because..."
I had to return a mobility aid because it wasn’t quite right for my mum. The return instructions were clear enough, and they did reply to my email fairly quickly. The refund came through after a few days, which wasn’t instant, but I can live with that. I did have to chase them once though, and that knocked my confidence a little because I wasn’t sure if things were actually moving along. Overall it was fine and there weren’t any major issues, but that bit of uncertainty did make me trust the process a little less

"Pretty easy site to use"
I had a smooth time using the website. It was easy for me to find my way around, and the search helped me get to what I was looking for without much hassle. The product pages had the details I needed, which made deciding easier. Checkout worked fine too, though it did feel a little slow on my phone a couple of times. Overall, I had a good experience.

"Arrived sooner than expected"
Well... I ordered from Active Mobility Centre and the delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. I was expecting it to take a bit longer, but it showed up earlier than planned.
Everything was packed properly, and there weren’t any issues with tracking or delays. Happy overall and I’d order from them again.

"Good updates the whole time"
Active Mobility were really good with keeping me in the loop. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but they let me know what was happening with the order and delivery as it went along. Replies were quick as well, which helped. I’d be happy to use them again.

I ordered a mobility aid from activemobility.co.uk and, i can’t say I wasn’t impressed with the quality. It feels solid and sturdy, not cheap or flimsy, and it’s been perfectly fine for everyday use so far.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that one part had a tiny mark on it straight out of the box, but it wasn’t nothing major. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d buy from them again

"Engineer was friendly and knew what he was doing"
Had an engineer come out to check my scooter and he was spot on. Showed up when he said he would, talked me through what he was doing without making it weird, and got it fixed quickly. Dropping one star just because getting the booking sorted took a bit longer than I’d have liked, but the engineer himself was great.

"Good fit and a tidy install"
The installer did a really neat job and everything fits well. It’s working perfectly now, which is exactly what you’d hope for when you get something installed properly. No fuss, no mess, just a solid job.
